A Space for Reflection, Healing and Renewal
Are you finding it difficult to move forward, burdened by the lingering effects of past experiences? The echoes of our emotional past can often reverberate in ways that impact our present, making it hard to feel grounded or at peace. At Healing Echoes Therapy, I offer a space where those echoes can be heard, understood, and transformed. Just as our bodies require attention to heal, so too do the mind and spirit. Here, in a safe and compassionate environment, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and work together to reclaim your inner strength. My goal is to help you process these echoes, allowing you to live with greater clarity, balance, and joy.

Hello, I'm Nia :)
I’m glad you found your way here.
I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life’s challenges have left you feeling uncertain or stuck. My role as an Integrative therapist is to offer you a space where you can breathe, reflect, and begin the process these echoes. I’m here to walk with you on this journey, helping you to make sense of the struggles you’re facing and to uncover the resilience that’s already within you.
In our work together, my priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable expressing your authentic self. Therapy is about more than just addressing problems—it’s about helping you reconnect with your true self and introducing you to all the tools to help take a pause, process and reflect on your experiences to further gain clarity.
A bit about my Journey. . . . .
I’m currently based in Birmingham, UK. Although my roots are from India. I’m proud to be a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), adhering to their ethical standards to ensure a high level of care. My professional background includes years of experience with the National Health Service (NHS) and The Psychotherapy Room in Derby, UK, where I worked with individuals from all walks of life.
With a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby, I bring an eclectic approach to my practice. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution—each person’s experience is unique, and so too is the therapy that supports them. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Attachment Therapy (AT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as mindfulness and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
The focus of my work....
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients through a wide range of challenges: from trauma and abuse to mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as grief, eating disorders, and self-esteem issues. I understand that each of these challenges leaves echoes—sometimes quiet, sometimes loud—shaping how we view ourselves and navigate the world.
My role is not to provide easy answers but to guide you in reflecting on these echoes and making sense of them in a way that brings insight and, ultimately, peace. Therapy with me is a journey of exploration, not a destination. It’s about creating a space where you

can feel safe to pause, look inward, and reconnect with
the parts of yourself that may have been buried under the noise of life.
Let's Begin......
If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. Therapy is a space where transformation can happen, and together we can explore the echoes of your past and create a path forward to a brighter, more grounded future.
